If you have a question about shipping and delivery, please contact us and include your order number, full name on order, and/or email in relation to order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All orders are guaranteed to be processed within 3 to 7 business days upon receipt of your order. Please keep this in mind when estimating your overall delivery time. Shipments most often take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at their destination, but sometimes take up to 5 weeks depending on where you are in the world.
Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, and holidays, worldwide orders can take more than 5 weeks to arrive.
The reason behind long shipping times is to ensure maximum quality and care, also, given that many of our products are sourced from overseas, it may take a while to come through customs.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Customs Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Again, please allow up to 2-5 weeks for all International shipments to arrive.

Pillowmillow accepts no responsibility for orders non-received despite the ‘delivered' status to the stated delivery address, as proven by postal trackers.
If your tracking shows it was delivered , yet you do not have the package, please check with roommates, family members, or other locations outside where postal service may have left the package.
Also, we are not responsible for undeliverable packages (incorrect addresses) however, we can accommodate for damaged items on arrival and packages lost in transit (tracking number must show so).
